It definitely didn’t take long to make it through the rest of South Park: Snow Day!, which was both too short and mercifully so. I’d already taken out the gang, so all that left was the final boss and clean-up. As with the rest of the game, the smelly end boss was very easy and posed no challenge, even with all AI teammates. Ditto for the speedrun achievement versus Stan. I did replay the final level again once I unlocked Infernal Pacts, since that’s the easiest one to get the achievement for finishing a level with all Pacts activated. These are simply additional cards for the enemies to have so it’s not really very tough, but if you play the Hell’s Pass level you’re only having to accept a single pact! Oddly, the hardest achievement to get is for killing ten Vampire kids, but only because you’re having to fight both RNG and your AI teammates. I tried the tutorial again, where the game gives a guaranteed spawn of some Vampire kids, but I didn’t even manage to get a single kill after all that… so new plan: go through Henrietta’s “Twofold” challenge where you also find them, but it’s at least more fun if not exactly quicker. Took two runs to get the whole ten kills, which is silly but whatever I’m done with this mess.

I had played the original The Raven for XBLA way back in 2017, so, when I played The Raven Remastered this week, I really only remembered the scene at the very end of the game. It’s a bog-standard point-and-click adventure game, and the narrative is rote as can be. Like, the writers may as well have named the constable “Poyrow” or something! There’s not a whole lot to talk about without getting into the spoilers of it all, but follow a guide and there’s zero skill involved. Just try not to doze off.

I had some time to burn, so why not make some progress in Final Fantasy XV Multiplayer: Comrades finally? The main thing that has held Shawn1991 up in helping me get more of this done is that I needed a level 99 Chocobo with the proper stats to clear out more of the map. I thought this would take a while, but I soon jumped in and it only took getting three new Chocobos to hit the right one. By quitting out, you can level them up without accidentally messing up, though I only had to do this twice in leveling Green-y. I was gonna call it there for the night, but the man himself soon jumped on so we could make some more progress. I got up to level 50!
